We are powerful beings. Thru simple concentration, visualization, sound and movement we can bring back to harmony the nature inside of us, in alignment to the nature all around us, to help ourselves & the life we all share. Thus becoming more stable in the midst of chaos, able to embrace life with clarity and a strong foundation.
“One Thousand Eyes Buddha is a very old form that was originally part of a secret Buddhist practice, used only by monks. The medical Qigong form is based on Three Secrets – Body Secrets, Language Secrets, and Mind/Concentration Secrets – secrets because you can only discover the meaning through practice. Working with the Three Secrets allows you to open your 84,000 pores – your Buddha eyes – to awareness of the universe, just as you would open your eyes to see the world around you.”

-Short Meditation
-Practice - entire form :
-Additionally - each class we’ll go over a section of the form to better understand the movement and intention. :
-Short Lecture - about the form plus lifestyle & Daoist medicine recommendations for health & well being, in relation to the form and to the time in particular we are practicing (current season & astrology).
*A Recording of each class will be available for 2 weeks*
